NVSU co-implements project on Supply Chain Improvement of Pummelo



The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development recently approved the project entitled, Supply Chain Improvement of Pummelo Industry in Regions CAR, 2, 10, 11 and 12. The lead agency is the University of Southern Philippines. The Nueva Vizcaya State University through the leadership of Prof. Gayon P. Sarmiento will implement the research in CAR and Cagayan Valley Region with a budget amounting to PhP 1,199,944.30.

NVSU took off through an Inception Meeting organized by the Research, Extension and Training Program on August 12, 2021 at the RET Conference Room. The activity was participated in by the Project Team, RET officials and personnel, and heads of offices of the General Administration and Support Services, who agreed to actively support and participate in critical milestones of the project. #RET
