At least one (1) year of work experience in any government finance or audit office (Auditing, Accounting, Budget, Financial Management or Cashiering Office)

At least eight (8) hours relevant training in government auditing, accounting and budgeting processes, COA/DBM rules and regulations, or fiscal management; with training/seminar on ISO 9001:2015

Proficient in bookkeeping, pre-audit and processing of government financial transactions
Familiar with the Government Accounting Manual, and knowledgeable in relevant COA and DBM Circulars, tax and procurement laws, CHED Memoranda, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations
Can assert relevant accounting and auditing policies specifically on documentary requirements of financial transactions and can firmly enforce compliance with existing rules and generally accepted accounting and auditing policies
Knowledgeable in relevant policies, procedures and university systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills, emphatic, and with optimistic outlook
With strong and steadfast ethical/moral principles and beliefs standards
