Dr. Cristina R. Salvosa, Vice President for Administration and Finance at Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU), received recognition as one of the Outstanding Women in Science, Engineering, and Research (WISER) in Region 02 by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) during the 2023 Regional Science, Technology, and Innovation Week at Robinson Tuguegarao on November 14, 2023.
