Mabuhay! NVSU-CHE, DOTR2 partner for Filipino Brand of Service Excellence seminar
The Nueva Vizcaya State University – College of Human Ecology collaborated with the Department of Tourism – Region 02 to conduct the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence seminar, held at NVSU Bayombong Campus on May 14, 2024.
The seminar highlighted discussions on four different modules: (1) The Philippine Tourism Industry; (2) the 7Ms of Filipino Hospitality and Service Excellence; (3) The GUEST Steps to Service Excellence; and (4) The HEART of Service Recovery.
Further, DOT representatives led the discussions of the four modules.
Present at the seminar were University President Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale Jr., and the students and faculty of the CHE, headed by Dean Dr. Rhea L. Adriatico.
