NVSU, LCDFI seal MOA for Iskolar ng Landbank Program
The Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU), headed by University President Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale Jr., signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the Land Bank of the Philippines Countryside Development Foundation, Inc. (LCDFI) for the Iskolar ng Landbank Program (ILP).
Dr. Dumale and LCDFI Executive Director Roy C. Oscillada, signed the MOA for ILP.
The ILP aims to provide educational assistance to deserving dependents of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) and small farmers and fisherfolk who belong to the mandated sectors of the LBP.
Furthermore, the scholarship program is designed to offer a responsive and flexible scholarship experience, ensuring diverse employment opportunities upon graduation and fostering awareness among youth about the importance of improving the lives of their families and communities, thus contributing to nation-building.
Dr. Dumale, a beneficiary of various scholarship programs, assures the LBP that the said scholarship will be fully utilized by the University for the benefit of the students.
