NVSU welcomes 16 newly appointed staff

To formally welcome 16 newly hired employees into its growing workforce, Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) Bayombong Campus held an oath-taking and appointment ceremony at the Bayombong Campus, Sept. 9, 2024.

In his inspirational message, University President Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale Jr. emphasized the importance of teamwork and unity in driving the institution forward.

"I draw inspiration from the strength of the workforce of the university. Having you aboard means that there are additional sails," President Dumale said.

“Mas marami ang sumasagwan, mas mabilis ang paglayag ng bangka. In a rowing competition, everyone moves in rhythm. This is what we aim for in the university, teamwork and coordination to ensure progress,” President Dumale stated.

He encouraged the new employees to contribute to the shared vision of raising the standards of service to the community.

"Teamwork is very important. Magbigayan, magtulungan, at sabay-sabay nating itaas ang antas ng paglilingkod sa taumbayan," he concluded. The ceremony marks a new chapter in the lives of the new employees as they embark on their journey with NVSU, committed to the university's mission and vision,”he expressed.
