NVSU’s Impressive Performance in October 2023 ECE and ECT Board Exam Results

The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) has revealed the results of the October 2023 Electronics Engineering (ECE) and Electronics Technician (ECT) Board Examination. The 3-day examination, administered in various testing centers throughout the Philippines from October 22-24, 2023, bore testament to Nueva Vizcaya State University's achievement in engineering education excellence.

With an overall passing rate of 44.44%, the Electronics Engineering (ECE) board examination outperformed the national passing rate of 33.36%. Joining the new roster of Electronics Engineers are Engr. Jairus Joshua Bansan Domingo, Engr. Alejandra Piñero Cajimat, Engr. Marieliza Gay Halipan Lacquias, and Engr. Ma. Elijah Hugo Pilotin.

Meanwhile, the attention is on Engr. Marieliza Gay Halipan Lacquias in the ECT board exam results, who achieved an astounding feat by finishing 4^th with a phenomenal rating of 92%. Her achievement set a high standard for future electronics technicians, exhibiting professional expertise. Marilyn Aduan Apangdan, Maureen Willie Bonifacio, Engr. Alejandra Piñero Cajimat, Jasmin Kate Baladad Mones, and Redentor Sabado Alves are also passers of the ECT board exam. The ECT board exam result from NVSU showed an amazing passing rate of 87.71%, which exceeded the national passing rate of 73.25%.

The outstanding achievement of the ECE and ECT October 2023 board exam results demonstrates that NVSU engineering education continues to generate graduates who are not just academically competent but also well-prepared to make substantial contributions.
