University Prepares for Financial Planning
The implementation of government budgeting has evolved over time and has been influenced by economic, social and political factors. University officials and Fund Administrators, in their respective capacity, aims to improve the efficiency of the underlying processes: planning, programming, procurement, cash management, and payment. For this reason, the University President addressed this through a workshop in the presentation and critiquing of Program Receipts and Expenditures (PRE) from August 31 to September 8, 2023 at DFTC, NVSU, Bayombong Campus as organized by the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance
This activity was set to provide the general status of the current financial situation of the university’s resources in order to properly allocate financial resources for each programs, activities and projects (PAPs) of the university, and to effectively meet its educational goals, research endeavors and administrative needs.
This workshop is in preparation of the scheduled Financial and Procurement Planning for F.Y. 2024 on next week.
