  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

    • EXPERIENCE

    • Two (2) years of relevant experience

      ELIGIBILITY

    • Career Service (Professional) or Second Level Eligibility

    • TRAINING

    • Eight (8) hours of relevant training

  • PREFERENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
    • EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, such as Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or other accounting-related courses

    • EXPERIENCE

    • With at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in a government financial management division or budget section, accounting services and other related financial sections

      With in depth knowledge on budget cycle from Preparation to Monitoring and Evaluation

    • TRAINING

    • With specialized training on Department of Budget and Management's (DBM) Online Submission of Budget Proposals System (OSBPS), and in areas such as budgeting, financial planning, and management; with relevant training COA/DBM rules and regulations, or fiscal management; with training/seminar on ISO 9001:2015

      OTHERS

    • Proficient in planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing financial resources to ensure efficient allocation of budget

      Knowledgeable in preparing budget, monitoring expenditures, and providing financial reports

      Skilled in coaching staff, conducting evaluations, and driving continuous improvement through clear communication and adaptive leadership.

      Familiar with relevant issuances and other applicable laws, rules and regulations in government operations especially in academic matters

      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

      Excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills, emphatic, and with optimistic outlook
      With strong and steadfast ethical/moral principles, values and standards

    • SPMS/Performance Ratings or Performance Evaluation Certifications (photocopy) for the last two rating periods or semesters, whichever is applicable

    • Training/Seminar/Course Certificates (photocopy), if any

    • Designation orders/Initiative or output documents (photocopy), if any

    • Certificates of outstanding accomplishments/awards (photocopy), if any
