    • At least one (1) year of relevant experience

    • At least four (4) hours of relevant training in housekeeping, safety protocols, and interpersonal communication

      OTHERS

    • Capable of maintaining dormitory standards and handling resident concerns

      Knowledgeable in maintaining occupancy logs, incident reports, and dormitory records

      Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards, and management of equipment and supplies

      Familiar with relevant issuances and other applicable laws, rules and regulations in government operations

      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

      Excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills, emphatic, and with optimistic outlook

      With strong and steadfast ethical/moral principles, values and standards
