First Nueva Vizcaya Coffee Summit

Nueva Vizcaya State University presents the First (1st) Coffee Summit in the province!

The event aims to bring together provincial and line agencies, private sector, PLGU, and MLGUs to promote partnership and coordination towards a dynamic and sustainable development of the Nueva Vizcaya Coffee Industry.

As the summit's highlight, invited stakeholders from Provincial and Line Agencies (DTI Nueva Vizcaya, DA-NVES, PLGU-OPA Nueva Vizcaya, DOST-PSTC Nueva Vizcaya, Provincial Tourism Council, and Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office); Cooperatives (AGRIZKAYA Cooperative Federation, Tam-An Banaue MPC, and Bugkalot Coffee Growers MPC); Coffee Growers and Traders (Kasibu Coffee Growers Association, Inc., Tiblac-Langak Farmers Association, Inc., Bumolo's Integrated Farm, Imugan Multi-Skilled Workers Against Poverty Association, Tactac Coffee Planters Association, Sartin Caf�, and Norman Tayaban); Dr. Magtanggol Maniquis, President of the Nueva Vizcaya Chamber of Commerce and the SAME-ACCORD --will present their services, initiatives, and efforts in boosting the coffee industry in the province.

This will be held tomorrow, January 17th, 8AM at the Mini Theater.
