NVSU-CoE Hosts First Regional Transportation Conference (TransCon)

The Nueva Vizcaya State University, through the College of Engineering-Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies-Transportation Science Society of the Philippines (EASTS-TSSP) - NVSU Student Chapter, hosts the first EASTS-TSSP Regional Transportation Conference (TransCon) 2023 with the theme ?Transformation of Transportation: Mobilizing Modernization for Ecological Motion?.

The event ran from February 23 to 24, 2023, at the NVSU Gymnasium, with the attendance of student-delegates from Cagayan State University, Ifugao State University, Saint Mary?s University, and EASTS-TSSP student members of this university.

It started with the opening program in the morning of February 23, with the full support of the University President Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr., who gave inspirational message to the attendees.

The Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Adornado Vergara, faculty members, staff, and students were also present to welcome the delegates and show their support to the program.
