GASS, PDIS plan for more efficient admin, better service for 2024

Nueva Vizcaya State University – General Administration and Support Services (GASS) and Planning Development and Information Systems (PDIS) conducted an intensive three-day workshop for the Operational Planning and Policy Review for Fiscal Year 2024 of NVSU held at La Trinidad, Benguet, on January 17-19, 2024.

The said workshop is an operational planning and policy development for 2024 of both GASS and PDIS that aimed to strengthen administrative efficiency and improve the services of both offices.

“How do we interpret administrative efficiency that we give to our clients? How do we define admin efficiency in our services? There is a sure indicator of what administrative efficiency in government is. Pero iisa lang ang ating punto, makapagbigay ng maayos, mabilis, tama, at kaaya-ayang serbisyo (But we have only one point, to provide good, fast, accurate, and pleasant service.),”reiterated Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr., University President.

Furthermore, the crafted plans, policies, and standard operating instructions are anchored in the developmental goals of NVSU.
