NVSU, OISCA sign MOA to continue ATP, socio-cultural programs

Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU), headed by University President Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale Jr., ratified a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Organization for Industrial, Spiritual, and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) International Japan, signed by Mr. Yasuaki Nagasaki for various agreed-upon programs.

The MOA outlines joint programs by both NVSU and OISCA to continue the Agricultural Training Program (ATP) for youth and young farmers.

Additionally, the MOA involves initiating social, cultural, and spiritual exchange programs and the mutual exchange of OISCA trainees between the region and Japan Training Centers.

Through this partnership, NVSU may also recommend trainees for technical intern training in Japan.

The meeting for the MOA was organized with the cooperation of Yukihio Ishibashi (OISCA Director), Dr. William G. Magday Jr. (NVSU College of Education Dean), Regino L. Galate (International Affairs Coordinator, CTEd), and other faculty and staff of the CTEd.
