NVSU Unites in Welcoming Commissioner Canapi

On September 6, 2023, the NVSU community welcomes Dr. Marita Rana-Canapi from the Commission on Higher Education, for the 75th Special Board of Regents (BOR) Meeting held on campus.

Led by University President Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr., the executive committee displayed a cordial reception to Commissioner Canapi upon her arrival at Cauayan Airport in Isabela. Despite the inclement weather in Solano, the team was accompanied by the Philippine National Police - Nueva Vizcaya and a group of faculty and staff members while the students of NVSU, including beauty queens, members of the ROTC unit, dancers, singers, and instrumentalists, gathered in anticipation of their arrival.

President Dumale expressed how inspired he is by everyone's share of effort. He exclaimed, "This is who we are! A community and a family. This is what I have been missing to see again since. We are back in the race. " 

The BOR successfully concluded the four-hour special meeting subsequent to the welcoming activity. 

This festivity wraps up the President's 365 days this coming September 8.
