The beginning of partnership through Technology Commercialization

The 3rd day of the 20th Charter Anniversary celebration marks a significant milestone of our beloved University as we witnessed the ceremonial signing of the licensing agreement between Nueva Vizcaya State University and Agrizkaya Cooperative Federation for the process of producing fish cream soup. This agreement signals the beginning of a fruitful collaboration and a journey that strengthens the commitment of the development goal of the university which is the technology commercialization. This was made possible by the help of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region 2 through the Fairness Opinion Board (FOB) evaluation.


The signing of Technology Licensing Agreement was held today, March 20, 2024 at the Function Room, New Administration Building. The visionary signatories, Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale and Madam Eden D.
