NVSU, Hirosaki universities forge ties

The Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) and the Hirosaki University forge ties through a Mutual Exchange Agreement to promote friendship between Philippines and Japan, and cooperation regarding education and scientific research.

NVSU was represented by Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr., University President and Nobuyuki Azuma Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Science represented Hirosaki University.

The areas of collaboration include exchange of scientific information; cooperation regarding research, symposia and related activities; exchange of faculty and staff;

exchange of undergraduate and graduate students; and mutual contribution to the development of additional educational and research programs.
