NVSU joins 12th ADB Business Opportunities Fair to strengthen Global Business ties

The Technical Working Group (TWG) for Business Promotions and Investment Relations, under the Office of the President, took part in the highly anticipated 12th ADB Business Opportunities Fair (BOF 2024, held at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) headquarters in Mandaluyong City from Oct. 9 to 10, 2024.

Representing NVSU, Ms. Katrine Angela A. Tucay and Dr. Aljanet M. Jandoc joined 1,409 participants from 52 countries, marking one of the largest gatherings of business professionals, contractors, and consultants in the region.

The ADB Business Opportunities Fair serves as a one-stop forum for various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and civil society organizations, looking to engage in ADB projects.

The event has established itself as a platform for networking with ADB specialists from sectors such as energy, transport, water, urban development, climate change, agriculture, environment, public management, finance, health, and education.

By bringing together professionals from a wide range of industries, the BOF provides a valuable opportunity to explore collaborative business ventures and develop partnerships aimed at advancing sustainable development across Asia and the Pacific.

This reflects the ongoing commitment of the NVSU administration, led by President Wilfredo A. Dumale Jr., to promote stronger business relations and investment opportunities both locally and internationally.
