NVSU’s Engr. Gaerlan elected as PSUMP Board of Trustee, chairman for education, CPD

Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) instructor Engr. Krichelle Maureen C. Gaerlan, President of the Philippine Society of United Master Plumbers - Nueva Vizcaya (PSUMP-NV), was elected as Board of Trustee and Chairman for Education and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) during the 2024 National Convention of the PSUMP Inc., held on Nov. 22-23, 2024,

at Sa Voy Hotel in Pasay City.

Engr. Gaerlan’s new role will focus on advancing education and professional development for Master Plumbers across the country. "I’m honored to take on this responsibility and excited to help shape the future of plumbing education," she said.

In addition to Engr. Gaerlan, two other NVSU delegates attended the convention, namely, Engr. Norbert R. Calse, PSUMP-NV Board of Director and Administrative Officer IV at NVSU’s General Services Unit, and Mr. Darwin H. Luis, Member of PSUMP-NV and Administrative Officer III at NVSU’s General Services Unit.

The delegates joined discussions and workshops aimed at improving the plumbing industry and promoting collaboration among professionals.

The Philippine Society of United Master Plumbers Inc. (PSUMP) is the leading association for Master Plumbers in the Philippines, working to raise industry standards and promote continuous professional development.
