As part of the celebration of the Nueva Vizcaya State University’s (NVSU) 21st Charter Anniversary, the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) conducted a veterinary outreach program on March 17, 2025, in Barangay Careb, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya.The activity provided essential veterinary services to both companion and farm animals in the community. As part of the 17th Veterinary Medicine Festival, the Nueva Vizcaya State University-College of Veterinary Medicine (NVSU-CVM) launched a Free Spay and Castration Program on February 26, alongside a three-day Free Anti-Rabies Vaccination Drive from February 26 to 28, 2025.On the first day of the festival, 22 dogs and cats underwent castration, while seven cats were spayed.
