CBE OJT studes begin professional journey with symbolic Orientation, Send-Off
A symbolic On-the-Job Training (OJT) orientation and send-off ceremony was held for College of Business Education’s (CBE) OJT students, marking their transition from the classroom to the professional world at ZEN Hotel Bayombong, January 17.
The event featured the ceremonial wearing of business coats and the pinning of nameplates bearing the university logo assisted by parents, OJT Coordinators, department chairs and the Dean of CBE.
The business coat symbolizes the students' readiness to embrace the responsibilities of the workplace, while the nameplate represents their identity as ambassadors of the university.
The involvement of parents highlights the important role of family support, and the presence of the College dean and department chair signifies the institution's endorsement of the students' preparedness.
This meaningful rite of passage highlights the collaborative efforts of families and the university in shaping future professionals, inspiring students to uphold the values of excellence, integrity, and professionalism as they embark on their OJT journey.
