NVSU gears up for Institutional Accreditation through Mock IA

In preparation for its upcoming Institutional Accreditation (IA) this December 2025, Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) conducted a two-day mock institutional assessment held at the Mini Theater, Bayombong Campus, from October 27 to 28, 2025.

Serving as accreditor and consultant, Dr. Cecilio L. Manarpaac commended the NVSU community for their enthusiasm, cooperation, and openness to feedback and suggestions during the mock assessment.

“Huwag bibitaw. Keep the flame burning. After all, this is for the university, and the university is all of you—para sa inyo ‘yan at para sa estudyante,” he remarked, lauding NVSU’s continued pursuit of excellence as reflected in its Philippine Quality Award (PQA) and international rankings.

He also congratulated the university for successfully conducting the mock assessment and expressed confidence in NVSU’s readiness for the actual evaluation, emphasizing that quality and excellence remain evident in the institution’s activities and initiatives.

Representing University President Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale Jr., Dr. Carlo F. Vadil, Vice President for Planning, Development, and Information System, extended his gratitude to Dr. Manarpaac for his dedication and effort in providing technical assistance.

“We know well that the success of this accreditation in December will also be your success,” Dr. Vadil said.

This marks a crucial step in NVSU’s ongoing journey toward institutional excellence, ensuring that the university remains steadfast in its mission to deliver quality education and service to its stakeholders.
