As part of the 17th Veterinary Medicine Festival, the Nueva Vizcaya State University-College of Veterinary Medicine (NVSU-CVM) launched a Free Spay and Castration Program on February 26, alongside a three-day Free Anti-Rabies Vaccination Drive from February 26 to 28, 2025.On the first day of the festival, 22 dogs and cats underwent castration, while seven cats were spayed.
